Description: Lilas Residence, located in the Ras el Nabeh area, stands in the center of the Capital. Boasting 20 stories, and a total built up area of 15,530 square meters. The consultant is IDEA SAL. The Project consist of high rise building (20 stories high), composed of two symmetrical towers (North and South Towers) above a Podium of 8 floors + Ground. The latest construction technologies were used in this project and according to the consultant.
